House Sitting in sunshine coast

I have an aged small dog that likes one walk a day. Garden needs watering twice a week if no rain. Deck plants need watering 3 times a week. House is not large, one bathroom, 3 bedrooms. There will be parking for one car in garage, 2 cars in driveway.

We need someone to take care of our home in Beerwah on an acre with a swimming pool. We have 6 chickens, a cat, a dog and a goldfish. We need people who love animals , kind, reliable and responsible .this would suit a mature ouple to care for our property whilst we are overseas. Someone who is very clean and will treat our home and belongings with respect. Please no animals or children of your own.

Murray is a rescue lab, he's 4yo and we've had him for nearly 12 months. He is a lovely boy, and is very comfortable at home. He is a little reactive towards other dogs and at the moment and prefers humans. He has settled down a lot due to the 10 acre property where he can follow me about as I go about my work do small projects, maintenance and gardening. He loves humans!

They love walks and being around you and they sleep with us but will also sleep on their beds if you close the bedroom door.

3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in the heart of Buderim, Sunshine Coast. Walking distance to the Main Street. Private parking. Immaculate clean house, easy to maintain and enjoy the indoor/outdoor space. I have a 2 year old female Cavalier x Cockerspaniel to look after her name is Suki and she is the most lovable dog you’ll find. Requires extra kisses and cuddles at all times. Loves the dog park. Water my small vege patch would be great but otherwise just little Suki is the priority.

We have a ground floor Unit with courtyard on the Lake at Currimundi. Molly, our Irish Water Spaniel is six years old. We also have an Ecclectus Parrot around 20 years old. They know their routines, Molly is walked in the mornings along the Beach, also appreciates an afternoon walk. Modernised Unit with facilities you would expect, very relaxing environment with outdoor setting and umbrella.

We have 1 kelpie that needs play time. 2 x horses that need to be hard fed and rugged (depending on weather) and caught and moved am & pm. 1 x miniature galloway steer that is very quiet and halter broken that needs to be fed and moved am & pm 9 x chooks that are locked up at night and out during the day. Watering potted plants once a week some maybe twice depending on the weather.

We have 2 very well behaved cattle dogs Suki and Luna who are sisters. They are getting old now and don’t require much, just a walk around the yard and a feed. Also one beautiful cat named Loki.
