The house is large and comfortable. We have a 9 year old chocolate lab and 3 chooks. They are VERY easy. We live a few minutes drive from a beautiful beach that is lovely for walks. Its a lovely area ... the house itself is in a very quiet area but the neighbouring suburb (Terrigal) has many cafes and eateries.
