22-Dec-2026 – 27-Dec-2026

| 6 Days stay

Responsiveness

The apartment has no shared walls, so it is nice and quiet.

Assignment Requirements

Looking for someone to care for our cat, Winnie, and water our plants in our two-bedroom inner-west apartment while we're away for Christmas.

Winnie is an 8-year-old kitty. She's fairly low-maintenance, though she likes to be around people. Winnie has an automatic feeder, so she only needs to be fed dinner in the evenings and exercised/entertained with her many toys.

Our home is quiet, bright and beautiful with two balconies, close to public transport and has the trendy bars of Summer Hill and vibrant restaurants in Ashfield just a 10-minute walk away either side.

Suburb Insights

This is a quiet, leafy street situated between the cute bars and cafes of Summer Hill and the bustling restaurants of Ashfield. It's a 10-minute walk to both Summer Hill and Ashfield train stations, and a short walk to Parramatta Road. Supermarkets, including Woolworths, IGA and Asian grocers, are all a short walk away as well. There is plenty of street parking, no road noise, and Ashfield Park just one block away. The house is a 70s-era double-brick two-bedroom apartment with wood floors, a large kitchen, a bathtub, a Queen bed, and a separate study. The house has two balconies, so it is full of light and air, and no shared walls, so it is nice and quiet. It's on the second floor. We have fast Wi-Fi, a large TV, Wi-Fi lighting, Sonos speakers in every room, and a record player with a large collection of records. There's an internal washer and dryer.
