Peaceful, quiet, undulating farm, 250-acre cattle property, no immediate neighbours, partially surrounded by State Forest. We are a 20-minute drive to Bairnsdale and 45 minutes to Lakes Entrance. Our house is medium-sized, clean and comfortable. We have a sunroom and large windows to admire the farm view. I have a deaf 2 yr old border collie who needs daily exercise either walking on leash or taken to beach for some off leash fun (her happy place). Removing backyard poop weekly tongs. provided. Put bins out for collection weekly. Water potted plants and baskets.

We have two cats, a fish tank and house plants to be watered. All low maintenance in a lovely home in Gippsland. A great spot to explore southern Victoria, the lakes region and beautiful country and coastline. Local town of Sale and nearby Traralgon have everything you need.

Just look after our little Scottish Terrier woll need a coupke of lengthy walks every day and keephome clean. No gardening etc
