Hello Our property is situated on 20 acres of land, with two self contained cottages. We are asking the sitter to stay in one of the cottages, the other cottage will essentially not be occupied, as the bookings have been closed off except for a few previously booked dates. Our home is currently being renovated and expected date of completion is around early April, however as much of the house is being renovated, there will be no furniture in the house essentially, thus the request to stay in the cottage. We have two king Charles cavalier spaniels, (4 ears old brother and sister) , very people friendly and need company...they are good companians. The cottage gardens will be looked after and the cattle and horses will be checked by our son who is doing the renovations and lives near by....We have a hot tub at the cottages which you can use tool We would ask that you perhaps keep a general look out on things at the house when builders are not there....
