To maintain my home in the way you found it. I have wifi access, and an outside security system. My home is a double storey with laundry and garage downstairs. I do not have any pets and unfortunately my home is not animal friendly due to yard not being fenced. I would like someone who enjoys gardening and mowing lawns. My home is a 4 minute drive or 12 minute walk to Goonellabah Shopping Village. I know there is a bus service that leaves there and goes into Lismore but have not used it. I am a half hour drive to Ballina, 45 minutes to Byron Bay and 35 minutes to Nimbin.
