Assignment Requirements

We have a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor (up about 12 stairs) in East Ballina. The apartment has views of the river inlet and is about 250 metres from the Ballina lighthouse with extraordinary views over the coast, and just 400 metres to two swimming beaches, a wonderful cafe with amazing views of the ocean and a lovely Italian restaurant. There are gorgeous coastal walks, walks to the breakwall, and we are not far from Shaws Bay where you can swim, paddle board and enjoy the water right by the wonderful Shawsy pub and bistro.

We have a 9 year old black furball of a cat called Rebel who needs company while we are away. She is a bit nervous at first, but quickly warms up to people. She is pretty self sufficient, just needing her food and water bowls topped up, her tray cleaned out and someone who is around of an evening and/or for bits of the day to say “hello” and give her a pat.

We also have some plants that would appreciate some water.
