Two professional male married men here who need someone or a couple to look after the house and two female Cocker Spaniels - one (Cassie) a bit more anxious and needy of human contact than the other (Doris) - while we are away. The dogs are not prone to wandering off but the garden is well fenced as a security.

The house is located on 9 acres in the countryside 5 minutes from Bangalow ( local shops ) and 20 mins from Byron Bay/Lismore.

There will be no need to look after the garden or lawns ( but plenty to enjoy) the dogs are happy to have a walk down to the Wilson's river which borders the property and swim ( if they want ).

In August the weather should be clear/sunny warm ( 20 ) days and cool - to cold at night , the house is fully air conditioned/ heated, water is rainwater, the stove is gas, undercover car parking is available. There is one bedroom one bathroom.
