House sit peaceful two acre Byron hinterland property and dog sit 1 small labradoodle and 1 big groodle.

Great location; 15min to the beach Lennox, Ballina, broken head and Byron; take your pick. Short Walk to nearby waterfall, local store post office <5mins

100 points of ID, References and police check (reimbursed) required.

-Tend to dogs, keep watered, feed twice per day, walk minimum of 3x/week, (ability and willingness to transport dogs to beach for a swim each week would be highly regarded)

-basic pool care, ensure pump is running (on auto timer), clean skimmer box, use pool robot (empty basket)

-some light yard if able work sweep/blow leaves of paths and decks, move fallen palm fronds to burn piles.

-lawn will be maintained by our regular guy
