We have a lovely house and garden on the edge of rural land in Alstonville, between Lismore and Ballina on the far north coast of NSW. About 30 mins drive from Byron Bay, and 20 mins from Ballina's beaches and town. Alstonville is quiet and pretty, with a gym, nearby yoga, coffee shops and pub. We have two (rescue) cats to feed and let out in the morning, and lock in and feed at night. Plenty of vegies and herbs in the garden to pick. In-ground swimming pool, perhaps not so enticing in winter. TVs (with Netflix, Stan and Amazon Prime), CD player etc.
