House Sitting in cooya beach, 4873

Life in Cooya Beach moves at the rhythm of the tides and the needs of your resident animals. Morning routines typically begin with long, salt-aired walks along the shoreline or through the shaded coastal tracks where dogs can stretch their legs in the quiet. The pace here is slow, making it easy to settle into the calm atmosphere of a coastal home. You might find yourself walking to a local café for a coffee before heading back to the house to ensure the pets are settled and fed. Afternoons often involve exploring the nearby nature trails or heading toward Innisfail for supplies and local markets. While the village atmosphere is laid-back, the proximity to the Great Barrier Reef access points and rainforest fringes offers plenty of exploration for active sitters. Managing a home here means embracing a lifestyle centered on outdoor simplicity and the gentle companionship of animals. Evenings are spent listening to the ocean, enjoying the stillness that defines this tropical pocket of North Queensland.
