2 x dogs need walking and feeding once a day. Chickens need letting out and closing in.

Eggs and vege from the garden to eat.

A king sized bed in the spare room and a single in the other.

House is over 100 years old and needs renovation. However, it's comfy and has heating (fireplaces and electric heaters).

Dogs are fairly easy - boisterous - but if they've had a walk then they are content to chill on their own at home.

Plenty to do around Binalong as well and only just over an hour to Canberra.
