For this period of six weeks we need someone or a couple that is comfortable with a degree of isolation. A beautiful spacious rural home set on 800 acres. Wood stove and centrally heated with stove. We have neighbours 5 mins drive away on adjoining properties.

PETS: We have 8 chickens that need daily tending.

5 pet alpacas and some 8 sheep both who enjoy some random feeding but not essential.

House is connected to electricity. Self composting toilet that requires no maintenance. Tank water. Water heated by stove and solar. Open plan living area, exquisite views. 25 mins drive to Cooma township. Internet connected. Telstra phone reception excellent, Optus and Vodaphone not reliable from the house.

My husband and I are travelling to Qld and northern NSW with friends for this time of six weeks

We are open to dogs or cats if they won't chase alpacas, sheep or chickens (if they are roaming outside)
