House sitters required to look after a 25 acre rural property and home for 6 months from early May 2020.

It is a beautiful, quiet bush property in Putty NSW with an old weekender home. About 4-5 acres are cleared, with only one fenced paddock. The house is rustic but comfortable and is best suited for a couple. The home is set on 25 acres, of which 4-5 acres is cleared. Maintenance of the lawns and gardening is required. There are no animals on site. The property backs on to the national park and there is a view of Mount Yengo. It is 90 kms from shops in Windsor.

The house has 2 small bedrooms, lounge/dining area, one-bathroom, seperate toilet, small kitchenette, laundry and shed. It has a covered deck on one corner of the house. It has a septic tank and 2 large rain tanks (both overflowing at present), there is no garbage collection.
