Hi there, I live on 2 acres in a lovely home, close to many local wineries, shops, and I have wonderful neighbours who will help if you need a hand. Murrumbateman is 15 mins to Yass and 30 mins to Canberra. Its a sleepy little town, quiet and peaceful, we have a great country pub and a Meadery amongst many hidden treasures.

If its time out your looking for, sit down by my dam in the gazebo and put your feet up - Xena the cat will likely keep you company.

I have many animals, Chooks, Ducks, Dogs, Cats, Guinea Pigs, and it is all very organised and all the food will be prepared before hand to make it as easy as possible for you, i've written a manual to make it easy. Your welcome to what's in the pantry, freezer and vegie garden. If it turns cold you can light the fireplace.
