We live in a leafy suburb of inner Toowoomba, close to all the city amenities, coffee shops and tourist venues and some beautiful parklands. Our house is recently renovated and is well equipped and comfortably furnished with an extra living space which opens to a sunny deck. We also have a cosy sitting room for the cooler nights. There are two bedroom options, the master which has a very comfortable queen bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The garden is very private, but requires only a small amount of maintenance at this time of year. We provide a battery operated lawnmower and leaf blower. Our main concern is security and it is important that the house appears to be occupied in our absence. We will be happy to send photos.

We have one dog who sleeps outside. She is a very affectionate Irish Setter who needs a regular walk.
