We have two small dogs (a miniature long-haired dachshund and a maltese/toy poodle cross) and home that needs minding. The house is located approx. 300metres from Long Beach on the north shore of Batemans Bay. The house is located in a quiet area and looks out on spotted gums and views of the bay. We've been very lucky and the north shore of Batemans Bay has not been burnt by the recent bushfires so our front deck is a great spot for bird feeding and/or watching.

The house is located on a steep block, is built over three levels so house sitters need to be active, mobile people.

Our dogs aren't keen on small children so we'd prefer a mature single person or couple.
