We live in the Batemans Bay suburb of Catalina and about 5 mins from the shopping centre closest large city is Canberra about 2hrs away. Batemans Bay has Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, Bunnings, and specialty shops. There are two clubs, one down the road called the Catalina Golf Club and the Soldiers Cub in town. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area also.

My husband and I will be traveling overseas and need a couple to look after our fur babies and keep an eye on our house while we are away.

Our pets are Angus, who is a West Highland terrier, Marie and Leo who are Ragdolls, and Eddie our red moggie. You will need to make sure the cats are all fed, with dry food during the day, and wet food in the evening. Augus is self-sufficient and grazes all day. All animals are house-trained and very affectionate.

We have streaming on our TV inc Foxtel, Stan, and Netflix. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 downstairs with the main bedroom upstairs including ensuite. Large kitchen with butler's pantry and eating area. There is an outdoor balcony looking down at the inground pool and jacuzzi. The inground pool has a winter blanket and will not need any attention for this time of the year.

The rear garden near the pool has a watering system on a timer, as does the front balcony and front garden under the front balcony. The houseplants will need watering and the plants on the back balcony.
