My home is a three bedroom home, within walking distance to the Yarra Ranges National Park, the redwood forest and the Aqueduc Trail. It is a short drive to Mt. Donna Buang and Warburton shops and also on the bus line. It is in a bush setting with a fenced yard. It is heated by a wood stove and I also have a split system, as well as space heaters in the bedrooms.

I have a 10 year old golden retriever dog, a 12 year old shorthair domestic cat and 9 chickens. The dog would need to be walked daily and the chickens would need food and water daily, as well as eggs collected. I also let them out to free range for a short period while I am home. The cat loves a bit of affection but is otherwise self-sufficient.

I have some flexibility with my dates for those who would want to come only for the Victorian school holidays. Warburton is a favorite holiday destiny during all seasons and Mt. Donna has already received its first snow.
