Our modern home is located in the beautiful Goulburn Valley area in Benalla Victoria. Surrounded by rivers, lakes, mountains, in this regional area of Victoria.

We have 3 dogs (2 toy poodles - Loui & Fifi 15), and Argee (10) a Schipperke, that would need your love and attention. Generally they are just happy to be with us (or you) & enjoy walks.

We are close to many large regional towns/cities (Shepparton, Wangaratta, Wodonga/Albury, Bendigo), along with many other smaller places of interest - & only 2 hours (drive/train) from the city of Melbourne.

History of the area put us in Bushranger & Gold territory with loads of interesting places to explore.

Our home has open plan living/dining, with separate TV/Media room, and modern kitchen. The yard/garden is well set out and fully landscaped with lawn and a pool in the back.
