Hi,

We are looking for a house sitter for 4 weeks starting on the 8th of June 2019. Our house is in Central Victoria and is quite a unique property set on 20 acres of of native bush land that is iron bark forest. The property is totally off grid but does contain all the modern house hold appliances you would expect. We have a dog that would need to be looked after and fed, as well as chickens (you get fresh eggs every day), a veggie patch and small orchid ( 12 trees) that would need watering. Apart from that it is a low maintenance bush block with small lawn area that may need mowing but given that it is the middle of winter there may not be much need for watering or gardening at this time. It is usually pretty cold in Victoria in June but we will leave you plenty of firewood to burn in the wood heater and there is also a gas heater to use as well if you'd like to use that.
