House sit NORTH NAROOMA

Your stay in North Narooma revolves around the inlet’s serene rhythm. Mornings begin on the Wagonga Inlet foreshore; this calm estuary environment is perfect for initial dog walks before hitting the Narooma-Dalmeny cycleway. Its paved path stretches for kilometres, offering uninterrupted views across the water towards Bar Beach and plenty of space for energetic charges to run. Afternoons often mean checking the tides for dog-friendly Handkerchief Beach or Cemetery Beach, offering a different coastal experience with sand and waves. Beyond the immediate inlet, North Narooma encourages discovery. A longer outing might take you south to Glasshouse Rocks, where ancient stacks rise dramatically from the ocean – a striking backdrop for photography and a good stretch for your canine companion. Weekends offer opportunities for bushland tracks in nearby state forests like Mumbulla, providing varied scents and terrain. After an active morning, grab a coffee from a local establishment near the bridge, perhaps watching the fishing boats, before a quieter afternoon at home. The unhurried pace here allows you to seamlessly integrate pet care with enjoying the Sapphire Coast. Whether it’s an early run along the inlet or a sunset stroll by the ocean, the natural setting is your daily companion. A car is indispensable for exploring beyond the immediate village, ensuring you can access all the quiet beaches and bush trails with your temporary furry friends, uncovering new favourite spots together.
