Assignment Requirements
We need a non smoking person.
Sitter will use our guest king size bedroom in our lovely large mud brick house. And will look after the house's owner: Blacky the cat.
We have a vegie garden and a small orchard with apples, pears, plums, apricots etc and a small citrus grove and some olive trees..
Our house is being sold so you will be required to liaise with the estate agent if and when required and allow buyers to inspect. It goes without saying that the house should be ready for inspection when needed.
Alexandra is a small country town about 1.5 hour's drive from Melbourne's Eastern suburbs. Local services include supermarket, cafes, banks, medical services etc.
Persons with police clearance would be preferred.
We consider a car as a necessity, no public transport here.
