House sit Bungendore

Begin your Bungendore days with the crisp Southern Tablelands air and the distant call of a kookaburra. Your canine companion will revel in the morning circuit, past Gibraltar Street's colonial stone buildings and the historic railway, offering tantalising scents and a glimpse into village history. A takeaway flat white from The Old Stone House can punctuate this ritual, settling you into the unhurried pace of your temporary home. Mid-morning, the village hums gently. Bungendore Park beckons, its open grassy spaces perfect for a spirited game of fetch or a quiet shaded rest with your furry ward. You'll likely exchange a friendly nod with other locals exercising their dogs. The village's flat layout ensures effortless strolls to the pharmacy or a quiet lane, providing practical ease for pet-sitting duties. Afternoons are for indoor companions, perhaps sharing a sunlit patch with a contented feline. As evening light softens, take a final dog walk, watching the vast skies over the plains shift to ochre and deep indigo. The local IGA is a short, car-free wander for dinner provisions. Bungendore's tranquil character embraces your pet-sitting responsibilities, making for a serene and well-managed stay.
