Small comfortable and attractive low maintenance apartment in an amazing location 25 minutes walk to Fed Square and Botanic Gardens, Smith St Collingwood and Swan St. Need a house sitter to feed my 1 year old rescue kitty Binx, a little ginger boy. He eats once a day, and litter box change once a day. He's a very scared boy so you may not see him much, however your assistance in making it possible for him to stay living at home will reduce his stress levels while I'm away.

Parking available - one physical on-street council parking permit which can be transferred between cars.
