Hi! We have a great house in a fantastic location and are looking for a mature house sitter with experience and good references - individual or a couple - to look after some very robust pond fish in an outside pond that need weekly feeding. We also have a small garden that requires some light care, including regular watering. That's it!

Our home is very well located, modern and comfortable, with stunning river and parkland views, close to all public transport and amenities. We are in the heart of many acres of park lands bu the Yarra river on the Capital City Trail. This location is great for walkers, runners and cyclists. We are within an easy walk of Johnston, Smith and Gertrude streets and a short tram, bus or train trip to the city. There is off street parking (garage) for one small or mid-sized vehicle. Other on-street parking is available.The neighbourhood is small and friendly.

Our expectation is that the house is occupied and left in a clean and tidy state for our return. The bins need to be put out and collected weekly. And we have a daily post collection.

No smoking / vaping in the house. Although we like both, our house is not child or pet proof and so not suitable for either for this assignment.
