We are looking for house-sitters to look after our dogs and chooks for about 6 weeks.

Nimmitabel is approximately an hour and half from Canberra, the snow/Kosciusko National Park and the south coast, so plenty of opportunity for day trips. There is a small shop in town, but for fuel and groceries Cooma is the go to.

We are located on a property out of town, our little old farm house nestled by bushland and fed off rainwater. Plenty of room for sitters to park a caravan, but we do have 3 rooms available for guests, feeding off a living area well warmed in winter by a wood fire. You may even see some snow!

We are looking for someone tidy and respectful who can feed our chooks, 2 Kelpies and our beautiful Maremma "chook dog." Would also require daily collection of the eggs and mail, and records of rainfall.
