We have two small affectionate lady cavoodles who love being around people, pats, hugs and belly rubs.... They love to play if you want to, they love to go for walks and they love going in the car... they love just sitting and watching TV too...

A small yard to mow.. takes about 20 mins max... and a garden to water....

We live in a very quiet cul de sac in a leafy surburb with tree lined streets and lots of parks to walk through and enjoy. At the end of our little street there is a park that allows you to walk on pavement alongside a creek that leads you to our closest shopping centre with cafes, three supermarkets, kmart, chemists and lots more... its about 1 klm stroll away....

Its about 20 mins drive to our nearest beach, which is on the Bay not the ocean but its lovely for a casual fish and chips with a view and seagulls...

We have five beds and 4 baths, informal and formal dining, informal and formal lounge and a rumpus room.... timber floors or tiles.. no carpet.....

Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon..

Car provided if needed.....
