The suburb lacks the frantic energy of the inner city, offering instead a relaxed atmosphere that suits a quiet house-sitting stint. You might find yourself spending afternoons wandering along Cavendish Road, stopping at independent bakeries or small coffee spots that feel deeply rooted in the neighborhood. Evenings are best spent browsing the local produce or settling into a quiet corner of a neighborhood bistro. While the nearby bus routes make getting into the city straightforward, most people here prefer the ease of local strolls.
