Assignment Requirements

We’re looking for a reliable, responsible animal lover to stay on our peaceful acreage in Bellbowrie while we’re away.

Accommodation is provided free of charge in our cosy converted house bus, which is separate from the main house. It has a double bed, private shower and toilet, and a small kitchenette. Please note that the bus is compact, with limited living space, so it would suit one person or a couple who are comfortable with tiny-home living.

Requirements:

* Feed and care for our friendly dog, Mango, including providing companionship.

* Feed our chickens, check their water and collect eggs daily.

* Be responsible, tidy and respectful of our property.

* Be comfortable around dogs and chickens; previous animal-care experience is preferred.

* Stay at the property for the agreed dates and let us know promptly if any issues arise.

* Provide references and be happy to meet beforehand.

In exchange, you’ll enjoy free accommodation on our peaceful acreage, with access to the pool and a relaxed country setting approximately 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

We’re hoping to find someone who genuinely loves animals and will treat our home and animals as their own. We have children, so we’re particularly keen to find someone trustworthy and respectful.
