Hi there - I have a house on quarter of an acre in pretty Killarney - 20 minutes drive from Warwick on the Queensland border. A hour from Toowoomba and 50 mins to Stanthorpe. Two hours twenty from Brisbane.

I have a small dog, 10 and a cat, 16.

The house is easy to manage - not much gardening required. It is brick and has a reverse cycle air conditioner and a warming fire in the lounge.

Three bedroom, one bathroom lounge plus sitting room.

Winter in the Southern Downs is full of activities with Jumpers and Jazz Festival, the Killarney bonfire night and Killarney rodeo to name a few. The house backs onto the show ground so all the action is close at hand.

There are a number of national parks nearby as well.
