We live on 70 acres approximately 20 minutes from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast qld. The house (currently being built) will have 2 bedrooms set up. We have 2 indoor only cats and 1 outside dog, plus 3 horses (all in work) on the property. About 14 acres of the land is cleared and the rest of the land is rainforest which has a lovely walking/ cycling track around it. Ideally we are looking for a couple and no children (because of the horses). Applicants MUST be confident and competent with horses. It is a lovely quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with the small towns of the Hinterland accessible as well as Noosa.
