Is a large 3 bedroom luxury home on 7 acres semi rural located 8 minutes drive from Jurien Bay swimming beach in Western Australia. I am going overseas on work consignment for approximately 2 years and need someone to live in our beautiful home with a pool and in the middle of the crayfishing region of WA. Require a couple to maintain the lawns, garden and vege garden areas using my ride on mower and tractor accessories. The property was purchased just this year and I will be having developments or improvements carried out and need the sitter to supervise also. My wife and I will return to WA periodically about 3 times a year maximum for our breaks. There will be no pets left there as Our daughters will take them into their homes.
