My friends tell me I have a “homely” home. It has a front & back verandah. There is a gas bbq in the large backyard. I have an average sized established garden which would need watering. I have a lovely cat who has FIV & needs to be kept inside. No other pets are permitted. We do get both extremes of weather here - quite warm in the summer months & cold in winter although it rarely snows here. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms & the lounge room. There is also a gas log heater & an old fashioned (but in perfect working order) wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge room.

The kitchen is large & was renovated 15 years ago & is still quite modern.

There is a gas cooktop & an electric oven.

The bathroom was also renovated 15 years ago - it has a bath with a shower over. It is combined with the laundry & there is a second separate toilet.
