House sitter will be required to look after and maintain a small 2 storey, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse in a large complex of townhouses. The complex has 2 pools and a bbq area. Driveway parking outside the townhouse is available.

House sitter will be required to look after 1 9 year old female Birman/Ragdoll cat - daily feeding and changing litter and ensure the cat does not go outside. She is only allowed outside in the enclosed courtyard area.

House sitter will also be required to water indoor plants, fertilise and water outdoor potted plants, cover outdoor furniture if raining, maintain security (ensure windows and doors and locked).

There are 3 streaming services that the housesitter can use, nbn, airconditioning in lounge and bedroom and outdoor lounge in courtyard.
