One lovely but emotionally delicate female cat aged 9. Not much maintenance required, feed cat, change litter, stay with her for a couple of hours a day and let her sleep with you if she wants to. Indoor plants X 3, small courtyard and wicking bed veggie garden that you can eat from as long as you don't overpick. House is central to Ballarat as a good base to explore central Victoria. No other pets or caravans because there's no room. TV stick to stream popular channels.

We have 3 horses to be fed twice a day and water checked, 2 dogs fed twice a day and cuddles at least once a day, 2 cats fed twice a day with one needing a pat once a day. About 8 birds that just need their seed and water checked or changed about twice a week. No need to walk dogs as we are on 4 acres and they run around the yard or sleep most of the time.
