One lovely but emotionally delicate female cat aged 9. Not much maintenance required, feed cat, change litter, stay with her for a couple of hours a day and let her sleep with you if she wants to. Indoor plants X 3, small courtyard and wicking bed veggie garden that you can eat from as long as you don't overpick.

House is central to Ballarat as a good base to explore central Victoria. No other pets or caravans because there's no room. TV stick to stream popular channels.
