Morning light filters through the coastal scrub as you step out for an early walk with your charges. The pace here follows the tides, settling into a steady rhythm that makes house sitting feel less like a chore and more like a retreat. You can follow the winding coastal trails toward the beach or head inland to the shaded pockets of local parks for a long stretch. Most daily needs fall within a short stroll, with quiet café strips providing a predictable spot for a mid-morning coffee while you check your emails in a borrowed garden chair. Afternoons often involve heading toward the local markets or catching a quick bus link if you need to reach the larger hubs. The streets remain calm, allowing you to focus on the quiet duties of home maintenance and pet care without the distraction of heavy traffic. As the sun dips, the neighborhood settles into a stillness that suits a peaceful evening routine. Walking the perimeter of the property becomes a way to gauge the local temperature and wind before settling in for the night.
