House Sitting in cooroibah, 4565

Morning light filters through the subtropical gardens of Cooroybah, signaling a slow start to the day. You might begin by walking the dogs along the quiet residential streets toward the Glass House Mountains, where the silhouette of the peaks provides a constant backdrop. The pace here follows the tides and the seasonal shifts in the air. A stroll down to the nearby coastline offers saltwater breezes, providing a rhythmic counterpoint to the stationary responsibility of tending a home. Midday often involves a short drive or a bike ride to find a local coffee spot or browse the produce at nearby markets. The area sits conveniently between the bustle of Maroochydore and the stillness of the hinterland, making it easy to manage household errands or catch a bus toward the coast. Evenings are defined by the sound of birds settling into the trees. Caring for a home here feels less like a chore and more like settling into a steady, coastal cadence.
