House Sitting in bulli, 2516

Life in Bulli moves to a slower, rhythmic pace dictated by the tides and the coastal breeze. Morning routines often begin with a coffee on the main strip before heading down to the beach or exploring the shaded paths through the local parks. If you are watching a dog, the nearby walking trails offer endless sensory stimulation through the greenery, while the saltwater provides a refreshing backdrop for long afternoon strolls. The neighbourhood feels intimate, where neighbors exchange nods near the local markets and the sense of connection is steady but unobtrusive. Settling into a home here means embracing the quiet charm of the leafy streets and the easy access to the Illawarra railway line for quick trips north or south. You might spend afternoons reading in a sun-drenched garden or walking along the escarpment tracks that overlook the ocean. Tending to a household in this pocket of the coast feels less like a job and more like adopting a local way of life, centered on nature and simple comforts.
