House Sitting in port kembla, 2505

Living in Port Kembla offers a relaxed, coastal rhythm that suits anyone who enjoys an active outdoor routine. Morning walks often begin along the rugged coastline, following the tracks toward Lawrence Hargrave Reserve or stretching out toward the cliffs of the northern beaches. If you are watching a dog, these trails provide ample space for long, sniff-filled excursions. On weekends, the local markets or a coffee in the nearby village strips offer a grounded way to meet residents without the frantic energy of the city. The pace here settles into a steady hum, centered around the salt air and the local surf breaks. When the house is quiet, the proximity to the train line makes commuting easy, yet most days are spent exploring the local parks or watching the boats in the harbour. Tending to a home here feels less like a chore and more like an invitation to slow down. You will find yourself synchronizing your schedule to the tides and the changing light over the Illawarra escarpment.
