Assignment Requirements

Beautiful 3 bedroom sandstone house on Mount Emu Creek with 8 acres of paddocks and bush with many koalas, lots of bird life and a chance to spot platypus, echidna's if you're lucky. Permaculture garden in progress. We have 15 chooks, 1 inside cat, 2 guinea pigs, 9 sheep and 2 ducks. We would like someone who is happy to collect eggs, feed the chooks and ducks and keep Marlon the cat and daisy and donut the guinea pigs company. The ducks also like being let out in the morning then cased in at night but this doesn't need to be every day.

Sheep don't need anything except for occasionally checking that their water trough is full. Some watering of the garden might be needed but the main part of the veggie patch has irrigation on a timer so wont need watering. You're welcome to pick an eat anything that's growing. Panmure is a 20 mins drive to Warrnambool, 15 mins to Terang or 20 mins to Childers Cove and other beaches.

Our bathroom is towards the end of being renovated and although its totally usable as is it does have an unfinished look to it which might put some people off. Happy to send photos if your concerned.
