We are on 3/4 of an acre that backs onto a reserve. It is a small quaint cottage with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and living space. We have a 6 yo boarder collie-Ike who is quite spoilt. He enjoys being outside of a day time and a ball throw. He enjoys being inside of a night. You are 7mins from Foodworks/brewery/bakery and 10-15mins to bigger towns to access Woolies and restaurants. A 2 minute drive you can access the local trail for walks and biking.
