3 dogs -2 staffs, 1 spoilt sausage dog, all quiet, 2 cats, 2 fish- 1 with a bad attitude.

1 paddock fed horse

We are located in Bulga, about 22k's out of Singleton. You will be within a 60k radius of over 400 wine outlets in the Polkobin area.

We are on 15 acres so parking will not be a problem. There is a 15amp power outlet on a pole for a van and plenty of other power outlets if required.

We have 3 dogs, - 2 staffys, and a sausage dog. The staffys have zap collars on to ensure they stay at home. All dogs are very friendly. The sausage dog thinks she is a bull mastiff and rules the roost with the brother and sister Staffys.

We have two cats as well.

Our granddaughter has a horse in the paddock that gets a biscuit of hay a night.

The staffys have their own kennels of a night and Meeka, the sausage dog stays in the house.

The gardens have inbuilt sprinkler systems. The lawns will require sprinklers to be moved around.
