There are 3 funky cafes, Italian restaurant, the best gelato shop this side of town, awesome wine store, pharmacy, yoga studio and 11 tram line (which takes you straight into Fitzroy) all walking distance from home. For fresh ingredients, the short car trip (or bus) to Preston Market provides an enjoyable outing, Woolworths and Coles also both a short drive and Reservoir's Mernda train line offers easy access to other parts of Melbourne should you desire a change of scenery. Yet, the suburb maintains a comforting, residential quiet, making it an ideal place for low-key living. Here, the days unfold with a reassuring predictability, allowing both you and the pets to settle into a relaxed, familiar routine, deeply rooted in this northern pocket of the city. The home is a 2 story 3 bedroom townhouse, with AC/Heating, all the streaming platforms, downstairs toilet and upstairs full bathroom with bath. Extensive record collection (if that's your thing) large L shaped couch and many artworks on the wall in the living room if TV isn't your thing and you want to relax and read a book from our collection. We're not fans of overhead lighting, so we have many lamps in the bedrooms and living area if you prefer a cozy vibe. There is also dishwasher, washing machine, clothes line and milk frother for your morning cup.
