Quiet street. House is close to tram to the city (5 minute walk to transtop) or train (12 minute walk) and walking distance to supermarket and shopping strip. Off street parking at house. 5 minute drive to Elwood beach.

House is a 70s renovation. Garden care, lawn cutting and house cleaning provided.
