House sit DUTTON PARK

Dutton Park provides a highly functional base for house sitting, with its train station offering direct access to the city for any errands or personal excursions. Bus routes along Annerley and Gladstone Roads ensure efficient connections to the Princess Alexandra Hospital precinct, or further afield to South Bank. For daily pet exercise, the Brisbane Riverwalk forms the suburb’s northern edge, providing long, paved paths ideal for dogs to stretch their legs, or for your own leisurely strolls with views across the water towards St Lucia. Grocery shopping presents no challenge; a brief walk, cycle, or quick drive brings you to Fairfield Gardens, where supermarkets and essential services are readily available without venturing far from the immediate neighbourhood. While the area maintains a generally quieter residential pace, the ease of access ensures household routines, including pet feeding schedules and maintaining the home, remain uncomplicated and smooth. This setup allows for a focused approach to your sitting duties. The Eleanor Schonell Bridge, known locally as the Green Bridge, offers a valuable pedestrian and cycle link directly to the University of Queensland’s expansive campus. This connection provides excellent opportunities for longer dog walks on open grounds, away from main roads. Evenings in Dutton Park settle into a peaceful rhythm, ensuring a calm atmosphere for both you and any pets. Your daily schedule will flow around convenient transport links and ample green spaces, making pet care and household management a straightforward experience.
