We are located 5km out of Singleton in the Hunter Valley NSW on 19ac, we have 5 English staffy dogs and 2 birds that will need feeding and water topped up once a day.

Have plently of room for Caravan or motorhome and can hook up to main power/water. The home is free to use for cooking, TV, foxtel, netflix, washing, and bathroom(toilet/shower).

We also have a lot of local kangaroos with they babies that you could sit and watch for hours as they come right up to the house. The property is very quiet and nice to walk around of a early morning or late afternoon.

Our house is situated 15min drive to all the vineyards in the beautiful Hunter Valley, 20min from the Hunter Valley zoo, 1 hour from Newcastle and beaches also a train runs from Singleton to Newcastle every day. There is plenty of thungs to see and do only a hoop, skip and jump away.
