4br low maintenance duplex with ducted heating and cooling unlimited wifi and smart TVs with Netflix etc. I have one dog Roxy she is a Lagotto very affectionate once she gets to know you. She loves to be inside or outside with you and doesn’t mind a walk around the block but is happy to have you throw the ball a few times instead. The front yard gets mowed by my neighbour there is a small area in the back which needs to be mowed by either the electric or push mower plants to be watered as required and mail to be brought in. I had a sitter booked but their plans changed and they cancelled
