Long term, approx. 12 month's opportunity - dates can be flexible. Definitely needed from July but can start asap. If amicable this may become an even longer term. Need to be living in own self-sufficient caravan (water and power provided), in private setting in exchange for general garden maintenance - lawns with hand mowing and ride-on mower, weeding and general maintenance of the new 2 bedroom home.

The beachfront property is 2 1/2 acres of landscaped areas with tropical fruit and food plants. The property is only 30 mins north of Port Douglas (Great Barrier Reef) and south of the ancient Daintree Rainforest (the world's oldest living rainforest) in beachside village of Wonga Beach. It is an amazing place to live because of the weather, people and location. Ideal base to explore the tropical region and the tablelands. Looking for like-minded people to take advantage of this great region and to enjoy and be proud of the presentation of the property.

Added opportunity to earn $ in preparing, cleaning and presenting the house for each holiday letting. Payment terms negotiable.
